"I’ve had my dog for about two weeks now , previous owners had used this vet for her since she was a new pup. Apparently they have a previous balance and when calling to receive my dog’s rabies shot info being her new owner they refused to give it me until the previous owners pays their balance. I can’t get her groomed or anything without proof of rabies. They told me she can get the Shot again. Sorry they owe you money but that has nothing to do with me and I still need to take care of this dog. I was planning on going to this vet but that won’t be happening due to lack of care and compassion for my dog."

"Awful vet. Went there because he works with the rescue, for heartworm treatment. My dog wasn't shaved for shot 1 and not kept for more than 15 min for a reaction to an arsenic containing heavy duty medication. He refused to send me home with pain medication. When I called to ask why my dog would be panting and pacing they shrugged and said they never heard of a dog doing that. I found out later this can be a sideffect of prednisone. Then, a week before shot 2, they called to cancel because they sold the practice! Why would they even start us with the treatment? Highly unprofessional. The doctor is rude and the staff not much warmer."

"Dr. Salter has been our vet for years he and his amazing team took care of my beloved Mijo and Juno for years till we had to put Mijo down last December one month shy of his 18th birthday. He gives the best advice and tells it to you straight. His team is also very loving and kind even though Mijo was not the best patient he was extremely feisty but they did great handling him. They were very helpful, kind and thoughtful when I had to make the decision to put Mijo down and did an amazing job with the cremation. I was very impressed with the care and thought that went into it. I highly recommend Animed Per Hospital not only they are the best but the prices are very reasonable. Juno will continue to be a patient and so will any other pet we have."

My husband and I have brought our animals here for over twenty years; b4 that, my sister in law took her horse to Dr Salter as he was absolutely the only vet who could float the horse's teeth.
