"This place is Great!!! Very professional! Most, if not all the groomers working have been there for quite sometime. 20/30 years some of them. They are in a league of their own. They have past awards on the wall and the over all feeling in there was calm, safe and pleasant. Yoshi, my mini long hair Dachshund didn’t want to leave. 10/10. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all at Twickenton for all the great work and service you provide!!!"
"I am not the one to leave reviews like this, but this is absolutely THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Not only did they not call me to tell me that they would be shaving my golden doodles and their tails (big no no for doods), but it was $200!! I understand that dogs can get matted, especially doods, but I have only seen dogs shaved like this that have been seriously neglected. When I picked them up the lady outside asked me what she could do and kept saying “I’m so sorry” because she could clearly see that I was upset. I said there was nothing that she could do and that I will try to fix it myself. It will take at least a year for their tails to grow back possibly even longer. I have posted before and after pics of my sweet girls and I am honestly so horrified at this entire experience. I live in Dedham and will be telling every single person that I know NEVER to go to your salon again and showing them these photos as well."
"Great first experience. Had our two cats groomed and shaved and our two dogs groomed. Everyone looked great and seemed very well taken care of. Cats feel great, you can tell, and they've never had a cuter lion cut!! Even our nervous dog was in great spirits, always a great sign!"
"We drive over 45 minutes to Twickenton. Our dog Alfred LOVES his groomer Dawn! He runs excitedly into the store and prances proudly out. Alfred frequently receive compliments about his haircut. Pictures are his first haircut at 4 months and a recent haircut at 2 years."
