"If you want good old cape cod charm and hospitality, you can not beat PRL. From the hosts to the cozy accommodations, you will feel right at home, and the view is stunning 24/7. Close to everything but also a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle."
"When I slip through the painted saloon doors of PRL, I am struck by the warmth of the merry band of residents whom I have come to know and cherish over the years. Their embrace, curiosity, and acceptance inspire me. The wharf cottages are masterfully run by Sarah and Diane, who have welcomed me ‘home’ for many years, with a cocktail, fresh garden produce and a hug. I have my favorite cottage, with its view of the arc of the bay and the aura from an earlier era. I spend much of my time in the clear cool water, just steps from the door, simply reading on the deck, or enjoying long conversations on a warm afternoon. The fun and shenanigans of town are a short walk away. You will not regret a visit to this classic Ptown refuge. It’s sublime."
"I have been staying at the Landing for many years now, and it’s so much more than a vacation spot. Whether it’s for a few days or several weeks, Sarah and Di create a fun and welcoming community atmosphere that make it The Most special place in all of P-town. The cottages are clean and have everything you need, and you can step right out to the quiet Bay beach for a swim or a walk to the pier. I always feel right at home at the Landing, and feel the community is my summer family."
"Can’t think of any reason why this wouldn’t be marked as a 5* place to stay. It’s quintessentially ProvinceTown. It’s exactly what you want in terms of ye olde coastal charm. It’s cosy. It’s so central that it’s absolutely perfectly positioned; and yet once you step through the archway you’re into a whole other world or tranquility and charm. Sarah and Diane are perfect hosts. They are a joy to know and as helpful as anyone could ever hope for. The cabins are distinctly delicious and each has its own very special charm. We’ve love different aspects of each one. They are perfect for a week or ten; in both rain or sunshine; all season round. All of the guests are like a very loving family; or you can be on your own in peace and tranquility, the choice is yours. A perfect spot to relax from the hectic world, or to extend your calm and tranquil life or mix the two together; the cabins and shared space all have internet connectivity which means you can still tap in to the outside world if you so desire. And then, of course, you have the bay on your doorstep. So I honestly cannot find any reason to mark this accommodation down from a 5* place to stay. I long to be back here as soon as I leave and count the days until my next visit to the enchanting and beautiful place and people. Mark"
"Much like New York, everyone will tell you poor Richards was better just before you got there. The same as New York --don't believe them. It's of a time and place in history, but the time and the place is yours -- enjoy and relish this magical spot filled with and unbelievable history and a chance to be in a place in Provincetown that is truly unique ."
