"Place was great as always. Our unit was very well equipped and spotless. New property management company is doing a great job. Took my son around and looked at all the flowers and he loved it. We met Mary the lifeguard who was really nice and talked about the flowers around the pool and how nice they looked. The added trash bins are a nice touch too, it’s nice not to have to bring trash all the way to the front of the complex. One very small improvement I would make is the beach needs to be combed more frequently. There were bottles, cans, etc on the beach, some of which were under the sand. Wasn’t terrible, but someone in our party stepped on a beer can."

"We love The Yachtsman in Hyannis! We stay in Unit 143. The owners take great pride in their home and it is clean, fresh and the closest 4 Bedroom to the beach. The outdoor spaces are a real bonus. The rental agents, Shane and Nicole make staying here even better! We book every year, off season too!"

"Fantastic grounds, well maintained and close to a private beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. They do have some stict condo rules that all guests must follow, and a pool that closes at 6pm, which is a bummer. Very close to everything in Hyannis."
