Hyannis Plaza Hotel 662 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02601

"Always a nice stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants on Main St. Stayed here on 12-13-1998 for our honeymoon. Came back on 12-13-2023 for our 25th Anniversary. Will definitely continue to recommend to friends and family. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating."

"Excellent location near downtown. Room had a hot tub that was easy to use. Large room size, comfortable queen-size bed and pillows. TV had a large selection of stations available to watch. Huge fridge in room and nice sized closet. Only negative was no microwave in room, had to go to the lobby. But still worth the 5 stars! Finally, they were able to easily accommodate my late check-in, which I appreciated! Will be back."

"room was fresh off a redo and the crew that did the work didn't do the best job. the room however was clean. the location of the hotel and the price was unbeatable. The bed was admittedly comfortable and shower was huge. staff was really nice. pool was clean. 3/5. perfect location."

"The pictures online definitely looked a lot promising. When we got there, we were put in a room on the first floor. When we walked in it smelled musty and moldy. We then asked to have the room switched, when we did they had said they had just had flooding that happened. ( which totally respect) then the next room we went to the AC was blowing out air but not cold. When I took the filters out they were gross. I cleaned them and had to throw the wash cloth away. After about an hour it was still warm. I then asked the desk for another room. Mind you we were only staying a night. To pay $200 night I definitely expected a better room. The location of the hotel was definitely prime and came in handy but as for cleanliness and service I would say it wasn’t worth $200."
