"This Condo Association is so strict and stuffy. Condo itself is nice. No elevator was disappointing. I'm on the 3rd floor. Laundry in the 1st floor is rough at times along with groceries! I may sell it. Another condo ? Fees, gone up in 1 year. Also a flood from burst pipes, and an electric fire. Surprised with another fee for all who own or rent to be paid or more fines for not paying by that date! Constant Problems with the drains.$$$. Disappointed!"
