"Not up to the usual standards for Hampton Inns. Room was good and room location was good; last time we stayed at this Hampton Inn was last April and our room was next to the mechanical/electric room. It was a bit noisy. On this trip I requested a room away from the elevator and mechanical room. The room was better but asked for an upgrade but was not accommodated. The Hilton phone app was not working. When I got an email saying I could check in, the app didn't even see the reservation. Nothing worked on the app, couldn't see my previous stays as well. The person at the desk did not seem empathetic nor was she very friendly. Not my experionce at most Hampton Inns. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty. There were no little bottles of shampoo since all Hampton Inns switched to the hanging bottles. There was only one bar of soap in the barhroom (this is a negative)! My wife and I do not eat beef or pork. The breakfast in the morning only had omelettes with meat. The only egg was hard boiled in shells. The muffins weren't fresh; also not our experience at most Hampton Inns."

"Staff and owners care about the property and your experience. Hotel is conveniently close to the highway and stores, yet still has a bike path and nature trail nearby. My only issue is that as a corporate chain the pricing does not reflect room availability- it’s all done by corporate overlords."

"Overall was great, absolutely would book here again in the future if in Boston area. Booked one night for work. Parking wasn't crowded, check-in was smooth, very very clean room and bathroom. Only negative is I got late check out until noon, had my do not disturb sign on the door, and told one of the housekeepers in the hallway that I was ok and no need to be bothered.. and yet around 11:20am someone tried entering my room.. I had the lock on where you can't open.. a housekeeper asked when I was leaving and left me alone when I said I'd be gone by noon. Besides that, exceptional and friendly service from staff, really clean and quiet, not crowded. Perfect for work travel! For sure can recommend and I would stay here and not look elsewhere for future bookings."

"Wish I had taken more pictures to show but I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during a 3 day conference. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout my visit, especially the kitchen staff. They were super helpful in dealing with my food allergies, diligently assisting me in checking all food labels. The rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"Was surprisingly a better place than I expected. But I'm pretty sure our room was haunted. Had a party of 3 adults. We kept seeing each other come in with emotionless faces, then go into the bathroom. While the person we "seen" was gone. When checking the bathroom, no one was inside. Also, every time we left, when coming back, the bathroom door was fully shut. We usually left it open. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay."
