"We lived here for 3.5 years in two different apartments (one bedroom and two bedroom). In overall, I'd say it's a very decent place to live for this price. Given the prices in the area in general. First of all, I liked the location and trail that leads you to downtown (or you can ride a bike to Newburyport). Our first apartment was in a great condition. But the second one wasn't. I was actually surprised how different can be your experience within the same apartment building. Everything was old and smelled with dogs. There were no real cleaning done after previous owners. So we had do clean and fix things ourselves. I also feel like with time the building maintenance has become worse. Gym equipment got a decent layer of dust and dirt. I would really recommend for management to take a better care of it. It's really important for your tenants. In general we had no problems with building managers. Everyone was responsive and friendly. No problem with our deposit or other payments. And the last one. Windows! It's your blessing and curse. Tons of light during summer (loved it) and freezing cold during winter. Every winter we had to insulate them ourselves. Not an easy process. In overall I'd recommend to live here."

"The manager Lori Keefe has no personality and even less people skills. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. I lived here almost two years and had nothing but bad experience after another. For what they charge you in rent this place should be in WAY better shape it's falling apart. They won't fix the actual problem in the south staircase of water pouring in from the roof all the way down to the entrance. They just keep patching the walls and repainting them God only knows how much black mold is growing in those walls! Glad to be out of here."

"Absolutely hated this place. Management was pretty bad the apartment even worse. We were scheduled to move in on a Saturday but had to get our keys the day before because even though it states they are open on Saturday nobody was there. We never did an initial walk through with management either to check up on any damage that was there before we moved in. Numerous issues took either too long to get fixed or we never heard back from the management. also when we moved in the apartment was filthy. Extreme dust on the ceiling fans, bugs in the window panes, cracked or missing light switch plates. It was just a terrible terrible experience and I would highly recommend not moving into these apartments."

"I have lived here for about a year and a half, and I enjoy it very much. Staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. The location is great--there is a nice trail where you can walk right downtown, and it is also within walking distance of grocery and other shops. Tall ceilings and large windows are very nice. Even though my apartment is right next to the weight room, I never hear it in my place (only when out in the hallway), so it's pretty quiet. Dog friendly, and grills are out in the summertime."
