"Would give zero stars if I could specifically regarding the management here. I’ve been living here for going on two months now and have not received the simplest request of mail keys yet. The property manager on site is seemingly in “meetings” all day from 9-3PM for the past three weeks straight and cannot spare one moment of her time for any resident requests. I have come by the office, being more than patient with her and her seemingly busy schedule but she has consistently placed a “do not disturb” sign outside her office door everyday that I have attempted to speak with her, for the entire time she is here. I have also tried calling management in order to just simply speak with someone and always goes to voicemail. I understand if she couldn’t have helped me with that specific request but at the least she could’ve expressed that in a professional manner and guided me in the right direction. This person is probably the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered & does not show any care for helping residents what so ever. The units are nice & everything but you would expect that some bare minimums would be followed up with as a resident here. If a mail key is too much to ask for I can only imagine how long they’d take in helping with other matters as well. This is definitely the worst property management I have ever dealt with, don’t bother coming here if you have to ask anything from the management here."

"Save your self the headache and don’t not lease an apartment here. Management is incompetent and the building is managed horribly. During my first month here my hot water and heat stopped working. My fridge was broken and it took over 6 months for them to replace it. Management then replaced it with a smaller fridge than I had before. The parking garage is also not managed properly, I always have someone parking in my space. The sound installation between apartments is horrible, you can hear everything. The elevator is always broken and the building smells like smoke. Hallways and elevators are always dirty. The grills on the rooftop are always dirty and they have a bird nest under the grill. Other residents have warned me that packages get stolen all the time. I wouldn’t recommend living here and communication with management is horrible"

"Very nicely built on a quiet street. Security cameras everywhere, make you feel protected all around. Apartment beautiful. Very quiet in the hallways."
