It’s a great place to live it is located with convenient access to most things throughout the city of Lynn. Also with easy access to Boston, by car, bus or commuter train."

"I was harassed for 9 months at Cobbet hill apartments in my apartment with fake rent balances from Michela Regas my lease was violated through the property manager machela regas has increased my rent from 523 to 858 dollars a month when I already had a signed lease agreement for 523 a month up until machela regas started working in the office and and she has illegally increased my and had me evicted August 25th for fake I would not recommend no one to live in these apartments at cobbett Hill because they fraudulently take your money I had called cobbet Hill and they are refusing to give me my security deposit under these false accusations they have on me rfor rent that I never owed I never understood how was I ever apart of a property manager that sit in the office and to and decide to write up fake rent balances smh but God knows who's right and who's wrong thank you cobbet Hill for treating me like trash and evicting me over fake rent balances that I never owed and not setting up a meeting with me to discuss my rental agreement that I never owed I have livewith mice roaches bed bugs mices biting up my food in my cabinet every time you turn around anchange my rent to"
