The maintenance team is on point as well. The location is so convenient and close to many different local and diverse spots. I would recommend Mosaic to anyone."

"Moved here from Florida and I love it , it's a nice location with a 10 min walk to the beach . The office and maintenance staff are awesome and the building is always kept clean, I love that it's dog friendly too . Great place to live."

"Moving from a small town to a large city like Lynn seamed daunting as I thought I would no longer know or have close relationships with many of my neighbors or the office but the day I came and met Orion and spent WAY MORE TIME then I probably should have talking everything from dogs to games and every thing in between I knew it was different. Maddie and Orion are always down for a pop in hello to see how the days going and the community events are always so fun and meticulously decorated and themed. The first one I ever attended was the movie night and it was so much fun! The snack were adorably pirate themed and the “Booty” was also so fun. All the residents are so nice and it’s such a wonderful community of people who also have such friendly faces running the office to match. So thankful for Orion and Maddy as well our equally as awesome maintenance crew who will always chat about there day as you pass them in the hall or elevator. Can’t recommend a better place and this small town girl officially feels home ☺️"

"My husband and I have lived in the downtown area of Lynn for a few years and watched Mosaic being built from nothing into what it is now. We had no real intentions of moving in so quickly after they opened however we toured with the leasing agent Micheal C who was super informative and we were in love with not only the aesthetics of the building but the community we felt inside. We shortly moved in and embedded ourselves in with our neighbors and the community still exceeded our high expectations. Orion is happy to help and always greets us with a smile even when we may be in the lobby too long chatting his ear off. Even though he was not the initial leasing agent we signed with. We are very grateful for him and all he does. Maddie as a property manager has gone above and beyond for her residents between community events (which are always a hit) and and concerns that may come up. Ive never experienced such a "hands on" property manager but I look forward to every encounter with her. The maintenance/clean team is super friendly, usually bumping into them for my morning coffee in the lobby and they are always down to chat. Thank you for always being so helpful and for ensuring a clean living space. I am very much so looking forward to the rest of our term here and cannot wait to see what Mosaic holds for us and the new neighbors we gain. I highly recommend booking a tour so you can see for yourself. I dont have TOO many photos yet but here are a couple from our last community event. Cheers!"

"Genuinely love this place! Such great staff, always helpful when needed. Moved in a few months ago and it has been a great experience from the start. Loved the help I got with finding my place. Anthony and Orion helped me throughout the process and always have great energy. The amenities are so nice! The pool is currently closed due to the season but you already know I’ll be in there after my workouts here’s at the gym. The lounge is such a cozy area not only are there areas for me to have a small office for the day but I when I have people over there’s more than enough to do there. Even the rooftop has a great view to relax or even have a small get together. 10/10 would recommend you at least take a tour to see if it’s your new home sweet home."
