"I am a little late in writing this review, but I didn't want to miss expressing my gratitude. We relocated three months ago and the experience at Modera Medford has been exceptional. Special thanks to Monica for her outstanding efforts. Our plans were in disarray when our previous lease fell through last minute, leaving us without a home. Monica went the extra mile during this challenging time, and thanks to her, we swiftly signed a new lease. Even after the move in, she has always been very helpful - be it with packages or questions we might have. The maintenance staff is excellent, and the property and amenities are fantastic. Loving our time here so far!"

""Great experience with the Modera Medford. We appreciated Monica's care and attention to our preferences. Before showing us the apartments, Monica inquired about our preferences and budget, and then offered several options. She also explained in detail how to submit the application. During the tour of the complex, we felt and saw that Monica knows every corner of the building and she is a great professional. We liked the apartment complex for its parking, extensive area along the river, where you can take a walk with a dog and enjoy nature. Nearby, there are also a subway station, large stores, and everything necessary for comfortable living"

"I recently toured Modera Medford. The leasing person said she didn't have time to tour me through the building until I told her my budget. Suddenly she made time. After the tour we went back to the office. She asked my age and ethnicity. Two major Fair Housing violations. The website also mentioned the short "walk" to the train (has since been changed after my complaint). As a real estate professional, Modera Medford has no regard for the law. If they are willing to bypass discrimination laws, where else are they cutting corners? The building had no security and all of the vacant units are unlocked. It was not a safe space for me, a person of color. The leasing person never even followed up on the tour with pricing and availability, as promised. Pay attention to the small and large red flags."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past 2 years and only have great things to stay. The location, amenities and outstanding staff really set this complex apart from the rest. Monica, the office manager, always went above and beyond for us. She was always able to trouble shoot any concerns we had in a timely and accommodating manner. Alex, one of the maintenance workers, was so prompt and responsive when it came to addressing our concerns. Overall Modera has been a lovely place to call home the past couple years and we are so appreciative of the staff who we have grown to love."

"One of the main reasons why I love this place is because of Monica. She is so warm and welcoming. She treats each resident like her family and takes care of them. She ensures that everyone is comfortable. When we first met, she paid close attention to what I was looking for and provided a wide range of apartment options to choose from. She made the transition simple and relaxing. She has always been so considerate and eager to help me with any questions I've had. She is the best! Monica is always there when I need her and I am immensely grateful! I do not know what I'd do without her. In addition, maintenance has completed work orders very quickly and is friendly and helpful. The facilities are awesome!"
