Windsor Mystic River Apartments

"Alright, over all, nice communities but not recommended. People in leasing office are nice, and maintenance is nice, that’s why I’m giving a two star instead of one, but the construction of the building is poorly designed 1. The fire alarm going on three times within one week, all of them are either super early or super late, and it is sooooooo loud 2. There was one time the apartment scheduled a plumber job at the apartment next to me literally like on a Saturday 7 am, and the noise is definitely exceed the regular sound range and I can’t stay at my apartment due to the noise 3. The sound proofing is so bad, I can hear people live above me walking around ALL THE TIME! and the person sometimes is making big noise during the middle of the night. I had insomnia due to this Overall, this is a nice community, but if you are looking for some place quiet and peaceful, I definitely don’t recommend"

"My partner and I recently moved here and are loving it! The building is beautiful, the amenity space is very nice, and the apartments are stunning! The service team is top notch, and the management office is very responsive."

"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you think you have sinned. I am serious. This place is like living hell and it is a structure designed to torture ppl. Fire alarms at 5 AM for no reason, AGAIN. The fire alarms go off at least three times per month!!! And it’s all due to their poorly selected amenities. People get woken up at night CONSTANTLY due to the fire alarms and quite frankly, it is extremely mentally tormenting for your physical and mental health. We cannot get good sleep. We cannot get good help. We can’t speak up for ourselves. So if you are looking for a place to stay in the area, please stay away from Windsor Mystic River. Please, for you and your family."

"This building is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I were looking for a bigger place - we were coming from downtown Boston with a dog - and only had 409 sqft - . So, space, storage, and a dog park was very important to us. We had about 14 tours previous to Mystic River and when I tell you, we knew it was the place for us one when we first stepped foot in the lobby! Gorgeous amenities, great pool, so many T.V's! And our unit is over 1,000 sqft. We are more than happy with everything! The person who helped us and made the process seamless was Matthew. He was awesome, kept us up to date on all the paperwork and documents. He answered every call and answered all of the 100000 questions. We just moved in ,but I wouldn't have picked anywhere else!!"

"6 months in and still extremely satisfied. It has been a great decision to move here. Mateo made the whole move in process as seamless as it could possibly be and 6 months later he is still as attentive as ever. The entire building and grounds are well maintained, very well constructed, and is very easily one of, if not the, best properties I have lived in. Convenient parking, free bicycle storage, and easy to access public transport makes commuting super easy. Maintenance has been great at addressing and following up on the few issues I have had. Very dog friendly and they constantly hold events for the community. Wegmans and Petco just across the street is extremely clutch as well. Overall a Very well managed property."
