"I needed to find a furnished apartment for my two young adult sons that was close to their jobs in Somerville and Boston and public transportation. Luckily, I found Sphere. The building is modern, clean, well-maintained and centrally-located. The Green Line expansion opens in May, which is another a huge benefit to living there. Sphere had two nicely furnished apartments to choose from. Both apartments I had to choose from were roomy with upgraded finishes and appliances and quality furnishings. The building’s amenities are great, too. There’s a lounge with a beautiful view overlooking the Boston skyline, a well-equipped gym with recently added Lulu Lemon mirror, and a convenience store. Their online payment portal is very convenient and easy to use, which makes monthly rent payments simple. I’m really impressed with Sphere’s management team, too. They were very welcoming and made our move-in experience seamless. They even helped us move in some of our boxes. I highly recommend this property as a great place to live."

"At first, these apartments were comfortable homes. However they have become extensions of the nearby Tufts campus and are essentially expensive dorms. The majority of the population seems to be students. Normal weekdays are filled with loud music and late night get togethers with no consideration of neighbors. Weekends amount to much more, very late night loud parties and oftentimes with smoke filling entire floors. As a current resident of many years, and someone who is not a student, I plan to leave as soon as possible so I can finally have a restful night’s sleep."
