"There are no provisions for packages or their safe delivery and it's only gotten worse through the holidays. Packages are delivered to the front desk concierge (with Fedex photographic evidence) and then magically disappear because there's no one to manage them despite, coming down shortly after deliver to collect them. Then when you complain numerous people will tell you they'll look into it and take all of your contact information, but they won't, and finally after 3 weeks they tell you they won't do anything to help you and you need to file a claim with your own insurance. This is what you get in a luxury building with a front desk and a concierge team that you pay for - with no other mechanism for package delivery but to have them delivered to the front desk."
"I would have given 0 stars if I could! My experience with this apartment complex was incredibly frustrating due to their abysmal customer service. When I noticed an incorrect balance charge of $1000 on my rent statement, I tried multiple times to contact them, but they simply refused to respond. This has been going on for 3 months! Their negligence in addressing the issue caused me undue stress and financial strain. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here to think twice. Their lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness to tenant concerns is unacceptable. Look for a more tenant-oriented and reliable living situation elsewhere to avoid the frustration I experienced."
"I'm a resident here, and very satisfied. Close to public transportation, park, cafe, grocery store, and more. Great maintenance. Free yoga class. Highly recommended who have children."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The location is great, can’t beat that. That’s the only positive. We had sewage come up through our kitchen sink on a regular basis. The smell was horrific. Sewage would get everywhere (floors and everything). Zinc only ever offered $500 compensation. We lost a lot of time cleaning and had to take off from work to be there for the plumbers every time it happened. Our storage locker was damaged when they had a pipe burst and leak. We were told to file a claim with our insurance, but zinc did not cover the deductible. Packages got lost all the time. We are missing probably $1000 worth of wedding presents that all said delivered but zinc magically never could find. They said they were not liable. Absolutely horrific customer service. Stay away unless you like sewage in your kitchen (that came up all hours of the day, including middle of the night)… picture doesn’t do the smell justice…"
"I’ve lived here for two years now. Pros: -amazingly soundproof -great location -maintenance staff is incredible Cons: - the leasing office. They are, without exaggeration, very bad. The second you sign your lease they will stop replying to your emails. Even the most basic requests of them are like pulling teeth and they’ll give you attitude the whole time. The Wi-Fi in the lobby/gym/business center has been down for nearly six weeks now and they’ve been “working on” fixing it that whole time. - recently hired concierge company is (a) totally unhelpful and (b) very rude. If you ask them for anything besides package pickup they’ll direct you to the leasing office which is even worse. - neighbors are nice but not friendly. Not much of a community. - the amenity spaces are all outdated. - the garage smells like trash 100% of the time, and the hallways ~30%. Considering the obscene amount of money this place costs, I’d expect the staff to be orders of magnitude better. The building is nice, the staff is not. I’m also sure they will thank me for my “feedback” and do absolutely nothing to resolve the issues. Look at how many thumbs up the 5 star reviews get vs. how many the "
