"This is not the hotel, this is apartment building. The rooms are good and clean, with relatively fresh furniture, and very accessable. There are comfortable and quite. With small kitchen and bathroom. Good wifi. but view was poor (on courtyard wall) and they give only 2 big body towels. There are some other negative points: there is no lobby or reception and if you arrive early (before 3pm) or leave late (after 11am), you don't have place to stay or go to restrooms; you can leave luggage only in office, which is 5 min walks. In terms of pricing it is cheaper then hotels around. During your stay rooms cleaning service only for extra payment"

"Room well placed for a stay in Boston. The bed is of good quality but how dirty it is! Yellow marks on the walls in the bathroom, the hair dryer was full of hair, no mat to dry our feet, half of the hotplates didn't work... The neighbors were noisy..."

"One of the more vile experiences I have ever had. Mold, flaky ceiling, sickening smell from the main room and cigarettes in the bathroom. No one ever vaccumed there as there were large chunks of food on the carpets inside and outside the apartment. They moved us to a different apartment and then we had to return to the original one. Even in the "better" apartment - the rug was so filthy we rolled it and put aside. We rather use the sticky floor than that catastrophy."

"Lovely apartment, great location, friendly neighbourhood. They let us leave bags at nearby hotel until later in the day. Had a small welcome pack upon arrival, coffee, instant oats etc. Would stay here again. It's just like a hotel but without the receptionist."
