Cherry Hill Apartments

"My Wife and I stayed at Cliffside for 3 years. Initially, management was great and more than happy to assist us. When things needed to be replaced the mechanic was there to repair or replace it. Cliffside apartments overall are well kept. However, during our third year in July, our AC had stopped working and needed to be replaced. I made weekly attempts to communicate with management about the issue and they said it was in the process of being worked on. Granted, this was in July and almost every day was 90 degrees on the top floor and my wife suffered from asthma. The apartment was unlivable. The AC issue wasn’t resolved for over a month. They offered to pay the utilities for the month we lived elsewhere but should have comped us rent that month. Overall, I was glad to rent from SGC management but in the end I ran into more issues and being taken advantage of, especially when moving out."

"Apartments are dirty and maintenance doesn't fix it things (including bug problems). The walls are very, very thin and you'll hear every word your neighbors say. The hallways smell like garbage. The front desk / management staff are very rude send unpleasant. If you live here, expect that you won't receive any of your security deposit back regardless of the condition of the apartment."

"They're strict. But very transparent. The rental we have is in good shape. Maintenance is quick and reliable. And while most of my friends' rent shot up by $500 (Thanks for that by the way, Massachusetts) mine only went up a little bit. (About 30-50 bucks if I remember correctly.) If you're a party animal this probably won't be a good place for you. For everyone else I'd highly recommend. We are extremely happy here."

"The LandLady at this place is not willing to answer and question nor does she seem very willing to have new residents and explain their different floor! She pointed out to their property website which has out dated photos which do not reflect renovated apartments and it was just a first bad impression from this place. On the other hand there is a male representative working who was very helpful but could never get in touch with him again I hope new renters talk to him rather than The LandLady."

"After renting from several apartment buildings in the Seacoast, this is a great place to live. The apartments are good quality, and the walls are thick- we never hear our neighbors. There is reliable and consistent winter snowplowing, and management takes issues seriously/addresses them quickly if anything breaks. Overall, it's been a good experience living here. The neighborhood is quiet and the buildings are tucked off of any main roads. If you are a responsible tenant, you will enjoy living here."
