"Concierge nice, buildings clean, everyone works diligently. There are minor stuff like noise upstairs and in early mornings .. I’ve been living here for 6months, it’s generally good, one tiny issue is that my takeout has been stolen for 3-4 times. Still don’t know who. Hopefully won’t happen again."

"This is a review that I think is well over due. I have known Scott the Concierge Director for a long time at Cambridge Park Place. There has never been a time where Scott could not help me when needed. Scott is always there and always available. Scott exceeds expectations every time I’m in need of help. Scott knows when I have a package and is so kind to remind me as I tend to forget. One time I forgot I had a package and Scott went as far as bringing it to my apartment door. Scott is always friendly, always smiling, and makes me feel so welcome and right at home! I remember a time we had a snow storm and I thought I couldn’t get my car out. Scott goes out of his way to let me know of any parking issues and was so courteous to offer assistance in the case my car was stuck. Recently, Scott made a difference in the way I felt about the tree that sits above my car that had what seems to be a beehive situation. Scott knew I was afraid of all the bees on my car and allowed me to park somewhere else temporarily which made me feel way better and comfortable! Whenever something goes wrong and I call the Maintenance Team or have a question, Scott is right there willing to help and responds even before Maintenance arrives at my door. Scott makes the annual summertime Cambridgepark Place cookouts and holiday events exciting with his good sense of humor! I’m grateful to have Scott in the building. If it weren’t for Scott, Cambridgepark Place wouldn’t be what it is!"

"Best apartment building I’ve lived in. Great community with all the amenities you might need (including my favorites- the coffee bar and dog park). The apartments itself are very modern and spacious. Maintenance is quick if there is ever an issue. Convenient location right across the T and walkable distance to many shops Special mention to the staff who are always so friendly and courteous! Would definitely want to keep living here as long as we can!"

"The building is well-kept with nice amenities like the gym, heated seasonal pool, communal spaces, coffee machine, free printer and a secure mail delivery/drop off system. The unit itself is very clean and spacious, with everything including the water pressure, laundry machines, and AC/heating working without any problems. But the best part of living here is easily the staff, including everyone on the concierge and maintenance team. They are incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, and I haven't had any problems getting their help, even at odd hours. Scott in particular has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, and consistently goes out of his way to help residents. He truly is a gem. I'm very grateful to Scott and the whole team for their constant support and making me feel right at home!"

"We made Cambridgepark Apartments last October, after a horrible experience with Hanover North Cambridge. We love our apartment, but the best part about living here are the people. Maintenance is a speed dial away with Martin and Irakli taking care of any issues instantly. Trustworthy and reliable at any time! The concierge with Scott and Antonia in charge is just about the best one can get. Even our dog adores them! Amenities are so nice! I use the office space downstairs a lot during the week, and the coffee machine is such a great touch. The club suite is spacious and perfect for hosting dinners with friends. Overall, a happy place to live!"
