Case-Mead Lofts

Located at 76 Dorrance Street in Providence, Rhode Island, the Case-Mead Lofts are a historic building with a rich past. Originally constructed in 1859 as a four-story structure, the building underwent renovations in 1906 to add a fifth story, giving it a unique and charming façade that still stands today. The building has served various purposes over the years, including housing an infantry hall and the infamous Turkish Parlor.

The commercial ground floor of the Case-Mead Building has been home to shops and restaurants, while the upper floors previously housed offices with stunning views of the city. Now, Paolino Properties is transforming the building into 44 microloft, studio, and one-bedroom apartments to meet the growing residential demand in downtown Providence.
