The apartments have new, quality appliances and build and the maintenance staff is very friendly, responsive and on-site every week day. Brittany, the property manager is very helpful, responsive and delightful to deal with."

"Moved in October 2022 and I have nothing but positive feedback. Within a week of moving in they came and replaced the filters and also fixed my ice maker which wasn’t working but they mentioned that during transition of residents water gets shut off which makes sense. Brittany from management company has always been very responsive to emails and text messages if I needed something. Everything is brand new inside and the windows get tons of light! Walking distance from coffee shops, bars, PPAC and right next to JWU."

"I would give a minus if I could score a minus. Don't come! You'll regret it! At five o 'clock every morning, I would wake up to a loud, continuous noise outside my window, as loud as a bulldozer digging into the parking lot. I would have to stay awake for half an hour, waiting for the hard-working workers to finish their work before I could go back to sleep. At seven o 'clock every morning, another group of hard-working people arrived, and I needed to be awake again for half an hour. Chestnut is charging such an exorbitant rent to provide such a miserable place to live."

"It’s nice inside don’t get me wrong but everything is cheap, nothing gets fixed, noise is HORRIBLE, lobby has a horrible smell sometimes, and overall if you mention it to the staff nothing gets fixed."

"The worst part is that bin collection is always around 5:30am. The trash is deposited directly in the parking lot, which is extremely close to the windows of the majority of units. It usually takes longer than 10 minutes and the noise level is intolerable. I doubt anyone could sleep during that time. We have complained numerous times but management has always stated they have no control over this. The garbage truck has to come twice a week and they wouldn’t place the bins on better place, we must accept that. Definitely a place that causes insomnia and headaches."
