Oxbow Farms Apartments

"The gym has been locked for weeks so that residents can't use it. The supposed 'amenities' don't live up to the expectation set by the Oxbow website."

"Discriminates based on income! Says they don't. I show proof they do and now they aren't renewing my lease. Pretty low when people tell the truth suffer while those who lie don't."

"The parking is ridiculous. I am a household with more than 2 vehicles as well as most.. we drive ALL of our vehicles everyday. We go to work and not sit at home all day. Office tells me to park in a different court because its first come first serve. Yes I'm going to waddle my pregnant self to different courts. Ok! Ever since they started letting all these dirty folks in; Dirty diapers, food, trash everywhere, MAGGOTS all in and around the dumpsters. I love living here, but besides these few things..."

"I haven't moved in yet I'm in the process of moving yet but the experience I have with the staff was extremely friendly extremely helpful when above and beyond to help me every way possible, from the experience I had from the staff at oxbow farm apartments it will be an excellent experience, I'm in the process of moving in I'm like a kid on Christmas day I just can't wait the anticipation of moving in with a whole new experience a whole new fresh start, but from the experience I had with the staff is going to be a great place to live, the staff is excellent they help you every way in any way possible like I said I'm in the process of moving in and I just can't wait."

"Lived there for 18 years. But family lived there since 1982. Have seen the place go from great with things to do for the kids. To now with little things to do. We used to go on trips to the former rocky point. Drawing contests. Now what movie in the field!!! WOW.. My opinion would not recommend this place.. Bring back the original staff when it was actually fun to live there."
