"They don't care if your have a do not disturb signeon your door .they will also take sign off of the door and put it on the floor ( to play games) and if you go in winter you will have no heat or excessive heat"

"Do not stay at this hotel, the manager and staff are rude and disrespectful. Bad beds and bad staff. They made a small mistake to the updated reservation and would not own up to it. I’m not the person to leave reviews, but I gave the manager the choice( fix the reservation price) but he told me to leave a review. My room key stopped working at 5 o’clock in the morning, I had to wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes for somebody to come down and help. They called this a luxurious room, but it was just a basic hotel room with a broken bathtub. It’s your basic cheap hotel, it will probably blend it with the rest of them. But anytime I have bad customer service anywhere, I never go back. I hope this review finds the right person in the right time."

"Decent location but didn’t fulfill basic hotel functions. I stayed for a week my key card to room never worked. I had to go to desk (which wasn’t always open) to get new keys 2-4 times a day. They wouldn’t fix keypad/ change room/ or discount room when I checked out. Very disappointing experience."

"Gorgeous spacious room with king bed, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. Bathroom is great, soaps and lotions smell divine. Literally can't believe this is classified as a motel it's nicer than so many hotels I've been to. Plus, amazing complimentary breakfast with bagels croissants waffles pancakes muffins oatmeal cereal bananas apples and so much more. Great value for money and checking in was quick and easy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"So, I recently wrote a view about this place. I rated it a 2 star. The owner's lack of customer service and terrible attitude. The refrigerator being out. The chipped paint in the tub and on the walls. The fact my room doesn't have a microwave. Also, the fact that the refrigerator wasn't working.. All those things collectively, mainly the rude and unjustifiable attitude of the owner were all reasons for me giving this establishment that low of a rating. Since then some much needed improvements have been made on behalf of the owner. The owner was very attentive to both the positive and negative things I mentioned. I mentioned the beds being my favorite part of my stay here. No less than a couple weeks later. The owner replaced the old beds with new more comfortable ones. He has also, stepped up his customer service skills. He smiles more and complains much less. My refrigerator was fixed immediately and they rearranged the room to fit my liking more. The staff has always been very friendly, quick to respond and attentive to the needs of the customers. The weekly prices are great and very much reasonable, for right now at least. The rooms are pretty spacious and modernized. I would definitely say with the adjustments that were made. The rooms are very much worth every penny. This establishment is now almost meeting the requirements you'd expect from a motel/inn. The last touch ups that I feel should be made in order for me to feel as if this establishment is meeting all of the requirements you'd expect from a motel/inn to meet. Every room should come with a microwave. The tubs need to be repainted. The toilet seats should be renovated. Other than that. It's a 3 star for me."
