"Extremely dissatisfied there are roaches in room 218. I wanted to leave immediately that day as it was the day of check in but the surrounding hotels were sold out. I requested another room and I was accommodated but felt just as uncomfortable knowing that roaches can make it through any space or crevice. The hotel needs attention immediately and should not continue to receive guess until the problem has been treated."
"Stayed 3 nights, good experience. Michael Groux at breakfast was very helpful and professional. Arrived at midnight, check in staff was not welcoming though. Experience with day staff and housekkeeping was good. Rooms could use some tech updates. Overall, yes, we would return."
