"Not my experience here but I know several people who have lived there. This place has unit for people who are on social security with limited income. When they first move in their rent is 30% of their income but then within 1 year their rent is increased by over 200 then every year it goes up. They have put people out who are over 70 cause they can't afford the rent increase"

"Previous lady is mistaken with her review. I'm not a smoker but in any apartment building you have regulations about smoking. Tenants are extremely caring here and there are some programs for lower income but overall this place is nice. Our differences with management are being worked on as any new facility would have these minor issues. We've only been here 6 months and I can say maintenance does a pretty good job when needed. Hopefully I can give a higher score in the future."
