"I love it here! Units are in great condition and the management office and the maintenance team are the best. Super sweet and helpful. In two different occasion I left my keys in my unit, last one pretty scary my boys looked the door from the inside as I went to take out the trash and Steven RUSHED to my unit and let me in. Once there was rode kill near my door and I had called cause I was too scared to move it myself, the call was super funny and Whitney was laughing as bad as I was about the situation, the guys where not on site that day but Monica rescued the day with a shovel! They are an amazing team!"

The management has always been nice. The maintenance staff is always on top of things. I never had to wait long to get things fixed. A special shout out to Steve. "Briarwood is a wonderful community, kids friendly and a very spacious townhome feels like living in own house. The whole staff has been amazing and is highly knowledgeable in each field. The ladies in the office (Whitney & Monika) are all extremely friendly and kind. Steve & John from maintenance team have gone above and beyond. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and work fast. The property is well taken care from landscapes to property updates. Overall this is the best town homes we have lived at and we look forward to living here for years to come."
