"The women in the office are so wonderful and thoughtful. The staff always work hard to put together social events, offer treats (to humans and dogs alike), and are always quick to alert about maintenance. I really appreciate everything they do to make this place feel like a community. To address some of the complaints: I moved here from Seattle, a major city. Gentrification creates a large divide and, unfortunately, that becomes more apparent as the economy changes and cost of living increases. While the property company might be taking advantage of this, it is not new and the on-site staff have no control over the neighborhood. Putting the responsibility of policing the neighborhood on lobby staff is unrealistic. Maintenance does their best to clean the elevator and trash pick up is timely. Some people choose to leave their animal's waste in gross and inconvenient places. That isn't on the apartment, though. They have sent reminders and have stocked several places around the complex where there are waste bags and trash cans. There is even one in the parking lot. The cost is definitely high, especially for the area and the quality of the building. The apartments are new, so all appliances and structures look nice. But the overall quality is a bit cheaply manufactured. We had an issue with the ceiling cracking as well as one bathroom fan not working. Maintenance was quick to respond to our concerns, though. The fan was fixed but the ceiling crack is still a bit dubious. That being said, it's hard to expect them to fully repair the ceiling while we're living here. Hopefully, they will get to that before the next tenants sign on. Overall, I like this place a lot. I feel safe here and the staff have made this a very warm place to be. Also, the gym! It's small, but they have fantastic equipment and I love using it. I feel like the negatives about this place are more a larger societal problem than of the actual complex. It's also very close to some cute restaurants and, while it might attract some unpleasantpeople, the bus and train station are right here for easy transportation. The train does get loud at night, though. All in all, I recommend this place to any young couples or small families."
"Every holiday the staff sets up these really nice treats and stuff for us. It's always a wonderful surprise and the staff is always pleasant and kind. These little things they do for us always bring a smile to my face and you can tell they put a lot of time and care into what they have set up. It really adds a personal touch that I haven't experienced anywhere else that I have lived. I appreciate the work they go through to host these holiday surprises and it is definitely a highlight to living in the community."
"UPDATE 12/6/23: I left five stars as a rating and here’s why. I’ve been living here for more than a year and also just renewed my lease. Buildings/structure It’s a newly built building. The apartments are beautiful! I have high ceilings and the windows are so big both in my living room area and bedroom area — it has a light and airy feeling and I believe each apartment comes with a granite kitchen island. The floor layout presents a spacious vibe. And honestly, I love that the hallways and stairwells are always kept clean. The common area is also always kept tidy and the choices for interior is superb! Property management In my experience, I have always had a good rapport with the managers. From beginning to now, they’ve always been so helpful to us but of course I also give them the same respect when I have questions or requests. From time to time I will have basic apartment issues (ie thermostat issues, vent not working) and they have an app where we can request assistance — again, all my requests gets done within 1-2 days! If the maintenance manager does not have an immediate answer, he will always give me updates on repair. Location It’s located right in the Downtown area of Attleboro right next to the train station. Literally walking distance from a sushi place, a popular local diner, post office, town hall, museums, RMV (which is the fastest rmv ive ever went to btw) & restaurants! There is also a hospital nearby for just-in-case emergencies. Parking I have one space allotted for me, and I pay $25 each month. I wish it was included in the rent but it IS located right in the downtown center — so I get it. There are tons of spaces in and around the street but it’s only 3hr limit until 6pm. Visitors will have to park on side street or the T parking lot. Safety I have always felt safe living at Wall Street! I saw a comment below my review talking about the wandering homeless. The Wall Street grounds are generally safe — Unfortunately, like most city downtowns, I cant ensure safety for the public spaces and places around it. There is a riverbank nearby and a bike path — so theres always gotttta be one or few people smoking or whatever. I’ve never had a negative encounter with the homeless but I also don’t walk my dogs late at night on that path lol. Trash/Recycling They have a service that collects your trash every night! Literally you just put it out of your apartment door and someone picks it up for you! It’s like room service for trash collection at no extra cost. Theres also a big trash chute in the parking lot for the couple of days they dont collect trash. Theres also a recycling room for recyclables. The photo on some of the reviews here dont depict the day-to-day cleanliness of the trash area. Its usually kept tidy and is collected often. I think the photo was taken right after Black Friday or whatever. Anywaaay none of my business haha lol. OVERALL: I recommend living at Wall Street! Hope you keep up with the fantastic job."
"We've been living in this building for over a year now, and we just renewed our lease. I really enjoy living here because the rent for these newly renovated apartments per square foot is quite affordable. The building's cleaning company does a great job, ensuring that all floors are cleaned every week. The staff at the management office are always friendly and quick to assist us with any questions or issues. In fact, we've had our refrigerator break down a few times, and they promptly replaced it with a new one when we reported the problem. One of the best things about this place is the convenience of having the MBTA commuter rail right next door. There are parks nearby for walks, and plenty of shops are just a 5-10 minute drive away. What I appreciate most is that the management office organizes special events for the residents on every holiday, which has helped us get to know our neighbors. The only downside is the restriction to one parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient. One minor concern with this building is that you can occasionally hear footsteps from the upper floors, which can be a bit bothersome at times. But it seems to be a common issue in newly constructed buildings, so it's something you'll need to tolerate if you choose to live here."
"Do not rent here. The management company is absolutely awful. The facilities is not properly maintained. Let’s start off that they’re asking way too much money for the apartments and the area. The parking is absolutely horrendous with each owner only getting one spot. If someone parked in your spot, they will do absolutely nothing, and they will not tow anyone. Gail, the old property manager is very unprofessional, rude and talk down to everyone. She is very quick to send you an email about someone parking in someone’s space, but see how she parks, in a handicap halfway in and out(see pic). The new property manager Erica is just as bad or even worse than Gail. Every time someone goes in there to complain about what’s going on the property both Gail and Erica shut their door and pretend they’re not there, leaving Annabel to field all the questions. The management company always gives an excuse why they can’t do something. The building stinks of weed, the elevator is always trashed with spilled liquid all over the floor, the door key fob locks are all broken, the front door, lock system broken (see pics) that are open all night and you could see the sprinkler pipes that are exposed due to not putting down mulch in the flowerbeds. The management states that it is a dog friendly place. Unfortunately, there is no where to take your dog to go to the bathroom on the property. There are signs everywhere stating keep dogs off the shrubbery beds. Instead, you have to walk across the street to the park where there are homeless and drug addicts hanging out everywhere. The homeless and drug addicts are now hanging out in the garage area by the elevators trying to get into the building or sitting there shooting up heroin(see pic). One night I was going to the recycling room and tripped over a homeless man sleeping on cardboard in the room due to key fob not working and broken (see Pics). I notified management and explained the problem and months later they still have not fixed the door or the key fob. The whole area is very unsafe due to aggressive homeless. The dumpster is constantly filled to the brim and bags are laying out in front of it causing rodents to go back-and-forth from the wooded area to eat the garbage.(see pics). The emergency maintenance line is a complete joke. I have called them three times and all three times they gave me excuse that they could not come out and notify maintenance in the morning. What is the sense of having an emergency line? Again, I notified management, and they gave me an excuse and did nothing about it. My friend that lives in the building lost heat in the middle of winter. The maintenance could not fix the problem, so they tried to give him a space heater. When he complained, they told him if he does not like it to move out. This place is totally disgusting……… do not move here. Total joke."
