Reviews
"I was a resident at Olympia Place during my senior year of college and I absolutely loved my time living at the property. The building comes with multiple amenities for its residents including a 24/7 gym, study rooms, a pool table, coffee station, vending machines, and a beautiful lobby that has always impressed my guests. The apartments come in multiple sizes with central air conditioning, furniture, laundry, and included utilities. Management has always been phenomenal throughout my residency, maintaining the property to the top standard. Any maintenance requests I made pertaining to my apartment were fielded immediately and fixed in a timely manner."
"Management is terrible and will not help you in anyway when there are lease issues. They're very adamant about their policies with no flexibility and they'd rather have you move out than work things out. With all the money you're paying to live here, you'd expect them to be lenient and help..but unfortunately no. I'm truly disappointed with the management team because the people aren't as nice as the rooms are."
"One of the most luxurious places if not the most in Amherst. The people are so nice, the team deals with your problems quickly and nothing left unsolved. Great complex. I like the lobby the most because you can get a free coffee anytime. The interior looks shiny. Always comfortable. You can also find lots of space for studying. Strongly recommended."
"The location is prime, but that doesn’t matter very much during a global pandemic. Management made it very difficult for people to exit the lease for pandemic-related reasons, which has been a financial burden to my roommates that wanted to return home during remote learning. As for the apartment itself, it’s a good-sized, bright space with plenty of natural light. The furniture we’ve had has been stylish and comfortable. The walls are a little thin between rooms, but it’s not the end of the world. We’ve had some problems with our appliances, but maintenance personnel have been quick to fix the issue while being kind to us residents. The people at the front desk are always kind as well, and welcome people entering and leaving the building. I wish there was more protection around the mail room, since anyone could take someone else’s things without much issue. I’ve also had zero issues with parking my car. Overall, this would have been a much better experience if classes were going on in-person: I leave it up to future tenants to decide if the high rent is worth the proximity to campus."
"A great place to live! The apartments are really nice, but beyond that they organize regular events and little fun activities, even virtual ones during the pandemic! Really easy system for submitting maintenance requests. They even gave us a couple of space heaters when we were having trouble with the heating. They do giveaways from time to time, and overall make you feel at home, like they're happy to have you there."
