"Run！Don't ever come to stay here. Has a super poor property management team. The only one star is for the good neighbors. I have suffered inexplicable accusations here, such as 1. Already gave a check to pay next month's rent in advance, but was harassed multiple times asking if I needed financial assistance, but it turned out that the staff forgot about it after they received my check. 2. When I went to get my parking ticket, the front desk staff, after I clearly indicated that the car was in my name, the management staff in the back of the room came out and emphasized in a bad tone of voice that the car must be in your name, not in the name of your parents or grandparents, or else they can't give you a ticket. Otherwise, I can't give you a ticket, which made me feel very disrespected.3. I was nearly towed twice by the security staff on the window after I posted the parking ticket according to the mv rules.4. When I needed to move my car to shovel the snow, I was towed without any notification (including email, text, call, etc.). I'm a happy person to cooperate, but it's ridiculous that not receiving any request to cooperate and they just towed your car. 5. You never receive any positive resolution from the mv's team when a problem arises."

"Updated: We've now lived at Mill Valley for a year and a half, and are very impressed with the new management team (no complaints about the previous management). The community activities they've been hosting for the residents are so fun and generous, and we appreciate their investment in inspecting/maintaining all the apartments. We especially love the holiday decorations they've put up around the property; every building has a beautiful wreath on the entry door, garland is everywhere and the office is all lit up! It feels so homey and magical and definitely brightens our spirits :) We are new to Mill Valley and are so happy we chose to live here! The location is perfect for shopping, we love that we are central to everything but not in a noisy/busy area of town. Our unit has been well-maintained and we consider Mill Valley to be a great value, considering other complexes we looked at. The maintenance and office staff have been helpful and responsive!"

"As a college student currently residing at Mill Valley Estates, I have got to say that this is probably, in my opinion, the best place for anyone to live in the area. The rent is fairly priced, especially compared to other apartment complexes in the area, the maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful, and it is overall a safe and inviting community. Most importantly is the staff in the main office of Mill Valley Estates. Although they are relatively new, it does not show whatsoever. They are super helpful and understanding regardless of the situation and they are very prompt as well- I have never waited more than a day to receive and email or call back from them. Tina, the office manager, since her first week working at the office has been so kind and understanding, helping me through my first year of living outside of my parents' house. She is honestly wonderful and quite frankly the main reason that I will be renewing my lease here as well as advertising living at Mill Valley Estates to all my friends and peers. If anyone is wondering whether or not they should submit an application to live at Mill Valley Estates, I absolutely believe that you should. It is absolute bliss to live here, I honestly don't have a single complaint."

"I live in this apartment, it's a very clean and quiet apartment, with nice view and accommodating staff. The only thing I can complain is the traffic, it's a bit far from downtown, so it's kind of hard for people who don't have a car to live here although there is a bus stop within a six-minute walk."

"My family and I have enjoyed living here for 2 years and counting. Mill Valley is a well maintained property, with plenty of space for kids to ride bikes or take nice walks around the property. They have 2 playgrounds and a basketball court as well! One thing I love about this apartment complex is the resposive maintenance workers, who are always willing to help. I feel very safe living at Mill Valley, and that is key when you have kids. You won't be disappointed with these beautiful apartments!"
