"We lived here for almost 3 years. We liked it here a lot. Jack and his team would come promptly to fix something if it need to be fixed. We would enjoy dinners and picnics outside when weather is nice. All our neighbors are super nice and respectful. We are probably the loudest ones since we have a toddler. When we moved in, we were in different state and Jack let the moving guys in and even reserve a spot on the drive way for the truck. Also I want to notice that it was very clean property. I was anticipating hours and days of cleaning when we moved in, but it was clean. The only thing that I do not like about the place is that laundry is downstairs. I used to have in unit laundry, but you cannot get it all. Plus, basement is also quite clean and there is extra place for storage. Moreover, this summer they begin garden plots, too bad that we are moving to the different state"

"I have lived here almost four years and by far this is he best apartment complex that I have seen in the area. There is a variety of people living here. Older, younger and families. I have seen different families getting together and having picnics and birthday parties for their children with the picnic tables that are put out in the spring. Not many apartment complexes provide tables and even chairs so that you can enjoy the nice weather. No matter where you go with an apartment you have to be conscientious of your neighbor and neighbors around you. Jack and his staff I feel do a great job and keep this place very well maintained. I also feel they go the extra to make everyone here happy. In the fall I have even seen them rake a pile of leaves and let the kids come and jump in the pile and have fun. I have recommended Arms Apartments to many people and will continue to do so."

"Not recommended small rooms maintenence is rude if you have a child this place is not for you.... Think about it you cant even walk your baby or bike your child outside they will tell you you cant do this you cant do that this place is not for you if you have a child... there is a guy called jack he is running the show here they start lawns at 7 in the morning with radios on right in front of your window if you have a baby there is no way you can get your baby to sleep here unless if your baby wakes up 6 in the morning, walls are too thin you can hear next apartment lady moaning in the NIGHT TIME saying "oh yeaaaa" right and left with a little porn noises as well, its your choice if you have a CHILD I don't recommend ... You pay thousand dollar rent and its like you live in jail ..."
