"I have never written a review before to Hilton. This hotel is old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The stool in the bathroom is 12" off the floor, the sink is too high, the tub surround is poorly done with half inch caulk, the ceiling has been patched by an amateur, the furniture and room came out of 1970, and it was a tiny closet of a room!! It was also noisy. We have stayed at Hilton Inns almost exclusively over our travel life, rooms like this may and will send us to other operators that pay attention."

"I booked this hotel without knowing much about Springfield, but we were pleasantly surprised at the nice area, the lovely hotel, the clean room, the quality of the room and the great service we received at check in and check out. We asked for a recommendation for a good restaurant. The one they recommended was excellent!"

"This was my first time staying at this location and I will never stay again. The staff was friendly, but that’s the only positive. The hotel is clearly dated and the rooms look old and worn. The bed and pillows were terrible. Worse, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the last person. There was hair in the shower. A dead bug on the bathroom floor. The thermostat and fan into the room need repair asap. This is not up to Hilton standards. Choose another option, I wish I had!"

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, however, VERY low quality. Had to switch rooms because carpet was damp and smelled terrible. Whole 4th floor smelled strongly of mildew. Third floor was dry but still had a very bad musty smell. Air conditioner smelled terrible as well. We felt gross staying here. For this price I’d recommend choosing a different hotel."
