"Would have given a zero or negative if I’d been given the option. Four dogs and one rabbit later, I wish I’d never walked in the door of that place. Should’ve listened to my instincts & pulled all of my animals from there a long ago, shame on me! Last visit was so horrendous I will never go back. Vet tech was unkind and cruel to my animals and incredibly disrespectful to me. Management clearly approves or is terrified of her because I received no phone call of apology. Front desk receptionist, although very kind, saw the situation and did nothing, so clearly very used to it. Beware of this office!"
