"I’m a crafter and I love DT! My home store is the best! The staff is super helpful and friendly. If there’s something I need and can’t find they will leave a note to set it aside when it comes in and let me know the next time I’m in the store. I know that it’s been hard on the current employees due to lack of applicants but the store is neat and organized. I will say that another reason that I love this location more than any other is because of one employee in particular. I’m not positive but I think her name is Jess and she always greets customers with a smile even when you can clearly tell she is tired. If all 6 of the other stores in my area were like that, I know sales would improve."
