"I will NEVER bring my babies here again. My Bella passed in October of 2022 from liver cancer the day before she passed we tried to get in to see her vet and was denied care. I have been holding back leaving a review but my bella deserved better. We were going to Mercy animal hospital for years they were amazing staff was amazing the compassion and care was always shown and the prices were affordable but when they went with Banfield it qent fow hill FAST. The complete lack of care and negligence is disgusting. Ever since mercy animal hospital went with Banfield and got rid of the amazing vets/vet techs they lost the compassion and only cared about the money. Banfield should be ashamed in themselves for how they treat animals and for how my bella was treated when she was suffering. SHE WAS SICK. MY BABY WAS SICK. You couldn't even fit her in as an emergency. You told us we would have to wait 4 weeks to be seen 4 WEEKS. We couldn't even get ahold of the front staff for 3 hours. We called and called. You fi ally anwsered and told us over the phone that "oh, she just probably has a stomach bug. She'll be fine" That night, I was saying goodbye to my baby, not just my service dog but my child. DO NOT bring your furbabies to any Banfield pet hospitals. All they care about is money."

"Called this location in a panic as another location cancelled our appointment last minute and they were able to get us in(new patient). All of the staff is super nice! I always have a ton of questions and everyone answers them without acting annoyed or giving the short answer. Also would highly suggest the care plans as we have 2 dogs and their appointment was under $300 where we usually paid over 1k+ for the services we got(wellness check and vaccines)."

"Everyone at Banfield Merrimack is patient and knowledgeable. Everyone. The doctor took 10 minutes to discuss puppy food and first-time grooming tips with me. The administrative staff went above and beyond to call others for paperwork. I will be forever grateful for their graceful and kind guidance in the passing of my elderly dog recently. I can't imagine a better vet experience. This place is the real thing, professional, kind, thorough, and local."
