"Just got an earful from hateful lady. Because I chose bags of pellets that weren't open or wet. Never buy pellets that have condensation on the inside, or are open falling on the floor. This lady needs a week learning customer service. "There's only two of us" has nothing to do with me searching for dry bags. I'll leave it there, won't complain about an old bag...of pellets."

"Went to go get ice melt. Not a huge selection, only 2 options and my local hardware store carries a larger variety. However, it was close. The customer service was great. Walked in and was greeted by a very nice employee. Checked out and she answered a question I had and even gave me a recommendation of where I can get pet-safe ice melt. She was extremely nice and I wish I had caught her name. Usually most stores like this are a forgettable experience, but she was so nice I'd definitely return.
