"I was a long term customer for 19 years. We did enjoy the staff here but something has changed in the past couple years. Someone must have made a run to become more revenue driven and less costumer driven. They take advantage of people's emotions for their pets by racking up the bill. Use stories of what could happen if you don't perform this test or do this for your pet or they can die. They talked our neighbor into a 3000 dollar bill to check their dogs heart because the owners said the dog seemed lazy at times. I would avoid this place as they are not friendly at all. I called and expressed my concerns and all they did was mail us our dogs records certified mail along with a letter saying they don't want our business any longer and to find another vet. 19 years and no run at trying to fix our concerns. Just a nasty letter. I know people reading this will say well that's one side of the story. I get that. So go to them and you will see. The first thing they will do is make sure everyone there tries to sell you the care package . That's for sure. They would not even physically touch my dogs urine sample until they knew it was paid for. Not even touch it! Once they confirmed it was ok to take it from me."
