"i’ve taken my dog to get groomed here twice, and both times i’ve received negative feedback about my dog’s behavior. i’ve never received reports of her showing signs of aggression in her 6 years of getting groomed, except at SuperDogs. all other groomers say she is a delight and gives kisses the entire session. so i’m not sure what’s going on behind the closed doors of the grooming area here, but i’ll trust my dog’s judgment after two bad experiences to not be bringing her back."

"Only shaved my dogs paws and about half her ears until i got there so they could finish her ears, told me to come back in a month for a “full haircut” because they didn’t think she would be able to sit through it despite charging me for the full thing. Overshaved her stomach and surrounding areas and didn’t clip her back nails."
