"I've been going to Zava for 4 years now and have been seeing Chris for some time. The stylists are friendly and know how to help you decide on a cut that suits your hair the best. As a mom of a 4 year old with a FT job, I don't have lots of time to get hair cuts, so I don't go as often as I should. But I always leave there feeling like a million bucks! "Terrible customer service. The first time I went I waited 40 minutes for the stylistYes sometimes there are situationsWhich are unavoidable and we have to be patient I was patient. After the cut I made aSecond appointment and when I arrived I was again told she would b late.by about 1hr. I had to reschedule because of time.they did. The day of the appointment I was called and they said they would not take me because I rescheduled. Poor customer service and business practices. They did not take responsibility for their poor scheduling practices but put the blame on me their customer"

"This is referring to "CASEY LYNN" post. She noted WRONG NAME as hairdresser. IT WAS NOT " CHERITY". It was written by my daughter who was VERY UPSET. She had not given me enough time to help resolve situation. Since then OWNER CHRIS was very responsive in helping resolve the issue. Although i was just informed that my daughter noted the WRONG NAME... it WAS NOT CHERITY.... i want anyone who might have read the review to know. I've been going to salon for years, and Chris has been AMAZING!! The written review is to be deleted , but it states it may take days.... Knowing how CHARITY along with other workers survive on reputation and gratuities i needed to let readers know asap.
