"I had purchased a dress for my other son’s wedding prior to new ownership so I went back. Not impressed with new ownership. They assured me that they can make certain alterations for a better fit, but it was not so. Instead I was told that this is the dress I bought. When I went for my fitting I felt very rushed like I was taking up their time. I will not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone. Overall a horrible experience."

"My sisters and I visited the store on December 29th to begin looking for bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. While the associate who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable about the different designers they carried, our experience ultimately fell short of our expectations. One of my sisters decided on a dress and we placed the order, with the associate informing us that delivery could take 8-10 weeks. However, the dress did not arrive until 16 weeks later, with my sister receiving little to no updates during that time. When she finally picked up the dress, she felt rushed out of the store. Considering the high cost of these dresses and the importance of this once-in-a-lifetime moment, I would have appreciated clearer communication about shipping times and more attention to my sister as a valued customer. There are other bridal shops in the area that provide a more intimate and personalized experience, and I hope the store can take steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future."
