"I treated myself today to a haircut at Salon Forza in Andover. Cost $89 for haircut, blow dry, 2 washes, neck and hand massage. I paid an additional $18 for a conditioning treatment. They were very nice. Very nice salon, too. I will go back."

"I went here for the first time recently, and at first glance the place is neat, bright but not too bright, and it smells good inside. their receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I got my hair cut with Michelle, she’s very attentive and asks questions before getting started to make sure the end goal is understood on both sides of the chair. she also asks questions throughout for clarification, making sure she’s being careful especially while diffusing my curly hair. their curl specialist also came over to take a look and questions were bounced back and forth, i can appreciate someone asking to make sure they’re doing it right rather than taking a leap of faith, especially when dealing with someone else’s hair. overall very happy experience, i felt cared for and listened to. i will book again."
