"Everyone is very friendly store is clean and service is good"
"I would like to give so much credit to Becky N. In the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting my children’s medicine. There were some shortages, which made another local CVS not able to provide the medicine my child needed and I was sent back and forth between the other cvs, calling my doctor and where the other cvs said my order was. When Becky greeted me she was adamant that she could help me and she sure did! She called the other cvs, got the prescription sent over to her immediately and filled it within 10 minutes. I can’t put into words how this act of kindness saved me from having a breakdown today. Becky is amazing and so was all the staff on tonight. I hope Becky gets recognition because SHE WORKS HARD. I watched her interact with other guests as my prescription was being prepared and she could’ve ran laps around every other pharmacist I have ever seen. I specifically asked while in store if I could fill out a survey because I was that blown away with her and her work ethic. WAY TO GO BECKY! Keep doing what you are doing because you made this Mama feel understood and took a huge stress off my back by being able to help me. Thank you so much!"
"I can't believe how bad this pharmacy is. Not only is the wait long (at least through the drive thru). Not only does only one drive thru window work, yet there is no signage until you get to the front (at which time you have to drive all around the building to get in line). But the pharmacy staff is HORENDOUS. I had one bad experience with rude, condescending pharmacy staff when I first moved here in May. Figured no big deal, can't be perfect everytime. Then I had numerous not-so-great experiences. Then today I had an even worse experience than my original one. I spent a half hour in line, including being told I had to drive around the store and get back in line because they messed up my prescription. Then I am met with a rude pharmacist named Becky who, when I questioned why she left for 5 minutes with my credit card, told me the credit card machine at the drive thru was down so she had to go to the front of the store and... get this... said I should be THANKING HER for fixing the mistake that THEY MADE. I have to still get my prescriptions here, but I will never be shopping at this store otherwise again."
"RX order was not of quantity, nor price regularly paid for this RX for years. Pharmacist 1st indicated incorrect quantity was doctor order (it wasn't), then indicated price was because I didn't have insurance (I do), then suggested insurance maybe not reflected because early in year. Third month in isn't early AND I've already had another RX filled there this year as mentioned to her. Asked me to step to the side and wait while order was corrected and refund applied. When I asked how long I'd be waiting as I had already been delayed with this issue, her angry and huffy response was that there were a lot of people waiting as she stormed off. Customer service skills and attention to providing correct RX orders without offering too many excuses on why it was incorrect is strongly suggested. My wife and I will be moving our business from this location to another CVS location."
"I tried to get covid test, after so many loop and jump that I did and questions, I get a new window said call to confirm, so I did, what I got is to hear the test result or learn about covid, when I ask for customer service, I got a girl that keep asking me what my info so she can look my info with thick accent that I don’t understand half of what she said. She tried to explain it to me but I really can’t understand what she said all I hear minute clinic. So I said sure! Transfer me there then. She did, I go back to the info about covid. This is so frustrating and useless of technology"
