"Was the only person at the counter for 10 minutes w 4 people working and no one bothered to even acknowledge me. Now on hold for 20 minutes with "1 caller ahead of me" over and over."

"Went in pharmacy to pick up Rx for my son last evening. The pharmacist, an Asian, short woman, & pharmacy technician, young, tall young woman were rude, made me wait longer than I should have. It was 8 pm, I had worked all day & was exhausted, wish I had the energy to say I work in health care & was nice to my patients all day & what was there problem!!"

"I received terrible in store customer service. I was sold holiday photo cards with no envelopes. When I asked for resolution, I was offered envelopes that did not fit. When I spoke with store manager that morning, she would not assist and went back to stocking the shelves. The employee I was working with did not know what to do. I will not bring my business to this store. Too bad as I recently relocated to Natick from Southborough which had a great customer friendly staff."

"It's not a full size Walgreens nor is it open 24 hours but I prefer this pharmacy over CVS due to the ease of parking and that it's not hardly as busy. I find that three fourths of the items I want are more inexpensive here but still run to CVS across the street for other things which are too expensive here. I've never had an issue with items not being in stock. Some of the pharmacy technicians are lacking basic knowledge but most are knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this establishment."
