"The pharmacy will not answer the phone no matter how long you wait or how many times you call. Very frustrating since because I just want to ask why my script won’t be filled and I don’t want to have to drive across town sick and spread my germs in order to go speak with someone in person. Sucks that we all have to use these big corporate pharmacies, what’s the alternative? You guys all get to give poor customer service and we are all just at your liberty because we have illness to treat and no other options. Boo. Answer your phone it’s 2023 we have technology use it. Booo booo boooo!!!!"

"Cashier was rude. I asked a simple question regarding my transaction and immediately she responded in a dismissive way with an attitude."

"Went to pick up prescription & ended up with a bargain. I left with my script & I remembered I needed glucose gummies, so I picked up a bottle. They rang up for $0.74,so I asked the cashier if I could go get the lasy bottle there. I did & it came to $1.49 & I had a dollar savings on my rewards card. I ended ip getting 2 bottles of glucose gimmies for $0.49. What a deal. I love Walgreens."

"Very rude staff. I was trying to transfer prescriptions here and was speaking to a tech who didn't seem to understand what I was saying and kept putting me on hold. She then said something I didn't understand and when I asked her about it, she put me on with the pharmacist who was very very rude. I am just trying to find a way to get my medications and they were more hurtful than helpful in this situation. While this review may never be seen by them, I hope they take more care with other customers."
