She gave him a small shot of novacaine that lasted less than an hour and after probing around made his pain 10x worse. No compassion for the patient. Another Dentist at Cohoes Comfort Dentistry removed the tooth in one piece."

"Beyond disappointed with this place.I called 14 pages of dentist office finally once I stated the exact insurance I have they said they would take me even called me back to give me a earlier appointment.Not only did I go to this appointment in extreme pain but I always had to bring my daughter who just had eye surgery last week with me JUST for us to get there and the dentist to look at me and say she doesn’t accept my insurance. I even asked how much it would be out of pocket for todays visit and she told me she couldn’t do that. She had no sympathy. If I could give this place zero stars I would and I will continue to write a review on every site I find this office on."

"I would rate Jenna Fiman with a 0 if I was able to. I went to her office three times this winter, once to get my teeth inspected and twice to get cavities filled. I had a lot of questions about the process and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and shut me down. The quotes that have stuck with me most are "I'm a dentist, I know what I'm doing" and "you should ask a family member who has had cavities filled about how the process works" both while I was getting cavities filled in her office. After my final visit with Dr. Fiman I had a lot of pain in two teeth she filled and wasnt able to eat without tears for a week only to be informed by a new dentist that food was entering inside of my tooth and I had to get those two cavities extracted and refilled again. I would advise anyone away from her office, especially if you're a person who has questions about their health and wants to be informed about their dental procedures."
