"Dr. Harvey Winter is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very experienced and knowledgeable, has great hands, thoroughly addresses all of your concerns, and has a funny quick wit. He excels with patients who have very sensitive teeth. My dental work was done fast and efficiently, while simultaneously putting my comfort as top priority the whole time.
