"I'm new here and when I walked in, it felt odd. But the one lady who did my x rays was awesome. Knew I have anxiety and made me feel alot better. The dentist was okay I wish they checked everything and not just some but it is what it is. The receptionist ill leave that as Ehh. They got me in quickly which was nice. The place smelled old and a bit odd. They could update it a bit. I had to call back to send x rays over and nothing, no call back and just rings"
"I've had no problems there. Any issues the dentist fixes it. The staff are nice, the hygienist is phenomenal! The receptionist is nice. Depends on how you talk to people. If you're going to be mean they will give it right back. If your are nice and respectful you will receive the same response. They take medicaid dental. The place needs to be updated that's the only thing that's keeping it from 5 stars but the service is great! I have severe anxiety when I get work done the dentist is very patient with me and makes sure I do not have any attacks. And the same with his staff. Sometimes calling to ask a question can be a pain in the butt, but keep calling the receptionist does pick up, it's only one girl at the desk. So be mindful of that."
"I have been calling and leaving messages for the past three weeks regarding dental services that I’m waiting an approval on and all I keep getting is their voicemail. Is this office closed shut down or what? A quick return call of acknowledgment would be helpful."
"Dr. Indzonka has been my dentist for several years. He's fantastic, knowledgeable, and has years of experience that allows him to seek alternatives to otherwise very expensive procedures. I've never had an issue with any of my procedures over the years, and I've had quite a few. Don't think twice if you're considering him, you won't be disappointed."
