"Very clean and updated room. Super responsive and friendly property manager. Location is perfect, steps away from the beach, and close to local restaurants and cafe's. Outdoor shower was really nice to have after coming back from the beach. We loved our stay, we'll be back, and we definitely highly recommend!"

"Great experience all around! From communication to updated, clean, spacious rooms to a wonderful, clean pool. The location is fantastic! We went swimming, beach-walking, stargazing. Several local restaurants nearby are within walking distance, including two ice cream places and a bakery. Otherwise it's a quick hop by car everywhere. We forgot something in the room and the management put it in the mail for us right away -- just incredible service!"

Cozy public beach within walking distance, quiet, CLEAN , and it has a pool. Within walking distance to Wolfie's for muffins and coffee. It can't be said enough - this place is an affordable GEM."

"Simply the best place to stay in Dennis Port. The cleanest rooms and perfect location to a nice quiet beach. This was our second time staying there and certainly will not be our last. My five year old absolutely loved the place and it worked well for my family. Cannot say enough good things!"

"We stayed in a partial Oceanview, which has a single king bed, and is on the second floor. Room was spacious and bright, with tons of light! Super clean, and comfortable. At a small premium over the standard rooms, we had the benefit of opening up into the "outdoor hallway" / porch which felt much more upscale, which we enjoyed for our morning coffee :) STEPS from the beach, made our decision 100% worthwhile not to have to trek to the beach and back to the room. ( I've parked at beaches where you have to walk further to get to from the car to the bathroom )"
