"Our stay could not have been more perfect, front staff was amazing from the moment we checked in, place is close enough to everything so that you don’t have far to travel to see what you want to see or it’s relaxing enough just to kick back and read a good book, home away from home. Will definitely be back."

"We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, great location..definitely bang for your buck when it comes to the Cape! Unfortunately, we had to check out early due to a family emergency. The woman at the front desk was quick to make sure it was not because we were unhappy with our stay and kindly wished us well. To our surprise we were refunded the remainder of our stay, no questions asked. Thank you to the Cape Winds and your staff… we made it home just in time to say our final goodbyes to a loved one."

"really cool place, i would go again just the doors to the balconies were broken and you could take the entire door out with ease. all the balconies are connected so make sure you block the door so people cant see in you room."

"The room they gave us, the tub leaked all over the floor because it wasn't said properly by whoever did it..and when staff came to look, she turned the water on for 5 seconds, and then said, well, its not leaking now. so I said, u need to keep it on a bit longer, and sure enough, water came right out. me n bf were surprised by how rude she was towards me. then our room was changed to next door basically..and when we walked in, the ac unit looks like from 1980, and the screen door to the patio, came right off when u touched it. this place was a major disappointment. the pool isn't heated, just the inside of the pool area is, and it was very sandy and dirty in it. this place is totally run down. I will never go back there, and I have told everyone how awful it is. for almost 400 for 2 nights...I am highly upset. save ur money."

"This place was perfect for our family. Central to everywhere we needed and wanted to go, as well as clean. The employees were extremely friendly. We were very surprised at how nice the indoor pool area was, as with most places, they just fell like a germ factory. We will most definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip up!"
