"Carl's Guest House is a wonderful place to stay in Provincetown. My partner and I recently stayed there for a week and had a great time! The house is conveniently located, near the center of town and all attractions are within walking distance. There are a variety of rooms with shared baths and some with private baths, depending on your preferences. The rooms are all clean and well-maintained and very reasonably priced. There is a deck for sunbathing and a common room where you can socialize with other guests. We made several new friends there during our recent stay.In addition, the yard is beautifully landscaped and maintained, so it is a treat walking by it each day! Carl is always very helpful and works hard to make your stay in Ptown enjoyable. Don't hesitate to contact him if you are thinking about a trip to Ptown in the future!"

"Carl's Guest House is a true guesthouse which is what I find so charming. Staying at Carl's is like staying at a friends home. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Most rooms do not have private baths but there are 3 baths in the house so there is always one available. Most rooms have a sink in the room. To keep the house social, there is one central living room with coffee, a shared fridge and microwave, and a television with cable TV. This room is the heart of the home where you will make new friends. The grounds are landscaped beautifully and the house is centrally located just a block from Commercial Street right in the middle of all the action. There are a couple of rooms with private baths so if that's important, make sure you ask when you make your reservation. Also ask if you will need a room with A/C since being so close to the water, the breezes are usually quite cool each night so only some rooms have A/C. Every room is very unique so call to reserve a room and Carl will make sure you have the best room to fit your needs."

"BEWARE!! We had reservations well in advance(4 weeks) . Carl (owner)cashed my deposit check but when we arrived for Carnival week Carl told us he didn't have the room available. He said he would find us a room, but there were no rooms available and Provincetown Chamber of Commerce confirmed that to me personally. We travelled 6 hours from New York and he had time to call or email us prior to our arrival. After all, check out is at 11am so if he had an emergency he had time to contact us before we arrived at 4pm. I dont want anyone else to be disappointed like we were....."
