"Before, it was my favorite store, I shopped there every weekend, I spent from $300 to $500 more at a time, but I won't go back there. The employees in the fruit and vegetable department, and almost all of my purchases are fruit and vegetables, are very unpleasant, they make the impression that they work there for a punishment. there was a lot of organic celery, there was often a shortage of it on the shelves, so I asked an employee I met if they had more in the back, the answer was no, that's not all we have, so I chose a few because the rest was wilted and rotten, I left specifically for another department, I came back after a while, the same employee brought a carton of celery from in the back room, I pointed out to him, but he laughed at my co-worker, the second time I asked the employee for 22 pints of celery, could he bring it to me so I wouldn't take everything from the bag? Of course, he brought it in a box, with nice celery on top and much worse underneath, I wasn't satisfied, so the next time I asked the gentleman to he made sure that the celeries were nice because I use them to make juices. The gentleman rudely replied that I should choose from the list what I wanted, so I did it, next time I went shopping I chose again what I could from the list. The lady who was putting out the strawberries told me that I shouldn't do that and just order it as soon as possible. I buy so much because I leave the shelves empty, I was joking, it's a good thing, that's why you have a job and the store takes away the profits. I tried to finish my shopping, but the lady was clearly furious and looked at me as I was choosing strawberries, raspberries and other fruits, and right next to me she was nervously correcting the boxes I moved, often the strawberries are moldy. I bought 6 boxes, I think. I had the right to make my own choice, I always corrected everything, I was very sorry that I was treated this way, I complained to the young man in customer service, he ignored me and admitted that the unpleasant employee was right, of course, none of the employees had a visible name tag, I am very disappointed, I do not recommend this store"
"I love shopping at Whole Foods! Today I was very disappointed in the cashier. She double charged me for an item. I noticed it and customer service quickly reversed the charge. When I got home and looked at my receipt, she also charged me for more quantity than I bought on another item. I called and was told that they will correct it the next time I shop. We'll see."
"I feel like this location is an incubator for Amazon's attempts at de-humanizing Whole Foods. Selection and quality are still way above other options in the area. However, the expansion of self checkout to reduce staff costs is shameful. The front end staff at Whole Foods was always fantastic - helpful with great recommendations. Now, with Amazon's efficiency metrics looking over them this market has lost its soul."
"If you're on the South Shore of MA, this store is the option to choose. Helpful store staff as well as wonderful choices for produce, meat & seafood. The bathrooms are usually clean and well stocked, and they have an Amazon return counter towards the back of the store. The drawback of the store is its location, being in the Derby Street shops which will be notoriously busy for the MAJOR holidays."
"Best Almond cake we've ever had. Love that there is single one slice severings or a whole cake to choose from. Great prices for great food. Love the options from the hot bar. We both got Sweet Thai chili chicken, green beans, asparagus and the yummy finger ling potatoes from the hot bar and everything was delicious. We can't wait to try different options next time. Anytime we grab meat from the deli the guys working behind the counter that help us are always very nice. We love coming to this Whole Foods location. They have great deals and beautiful flowers too. I bought a 4" roses as a birthday gift and they are so pretty."
