"Love this place and gotten to know a few of the employees who are very kind and willing to help!"
"Did not have what I was looking for but was a very clean store and very pleasant for the most part!!!"
"All employees were helpful. Cashier was training, and both were polite and efficient. Overall, good energy in the store"
"This Marshalls is the most organized of all of them I've been to. The sales and clearances are amazing and I love that there are so many Christmas sets left at lowest prices I've seen anywhere. I'll return in the next week or 2 and buy the things I couldn't this time and I'm looking forward to it!!!"
"I am giving this rating because I was treated very bad today by one of your employees. I paid for the things I was buying and the cashier placed most of the items inside of a basket I purchased. When I returned the shopping car(inside the store) and tried to pick up the basket I realized it was too heavy for me to carry. So I walked up to the cashier area and asked for a bag. I am very pregnant and with a toddler so carrying everything was going to be difficult. When I asked for the bag so I could distribute everything better, The guy at the register stared at me and asked if I pay for the things. I told him that I paid for everything and that I needed a bag because I needed to distribute the weight better. He saw that some of the other items I purchased were inside of a bag. He apparently thought that that wasn’t enough and continued asking to show him the receipt to prove that I paid for the items. I feel humiliated and feel that I was treated this way because of the color of my skin. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t appreciate being treated this way. Your company should be ashamed of having employees that things that is ok to treat people like this."
